Edward J. LeBlanc, born November 25, 1952, is a native of Covington, Louisiana and graduated from Covington High School in 1970. He attended Southeastern Louisiana University in 1970 where he was a member of the Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity, and in 1975 he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration with a Minor in Accounting.
In 1994, Mr. LeBlanc graduated Cum Laude from the Southern University Law Center where he was elected as a member of the Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.
Mr. LeBlanc is licensed to practice in all Louisiana State Courts. In October of 1995, he was licensed in the Supreme Court of Louisiana, and a Notary Public in St.Tammany in November. In addition , he was licensed in the United States Federal District Court in May of 1996.
In January of 2000, Mr. LeBlanc was appointed as Justice of the Peace ad hoc for St. Tammany Parish Ward 4. Also, he is a member of the Louisiana State Criminal Association of Defense Lawyers.
In July of 2005, Mr. LeBlanc successfully completed a Criminal Defense Law School Course through the Trial Practice Institute in Macon, GA.
Finally, Mr. LeBlanc consistently participates in continuing learning education seminars for updates on law changes and different case law rulings through the year.
Mr. LeBlanc resides at his home in Mandeville.
