Throughout my professional law career, I have continued to read recent cases and statutes. In my reading, I have found that they are the key to understanding the law as it applies to each individual client's needs. These recent opinions give me, as an attorney, statutory and case law authority to help me prevail in court. By consistently reading these opinions, I am able to properly represent my clients.
I actively practice Criminal Defense Law, Personal Injury Law, Family and Domestic Law, and a wide range of Civil Law Issues. Upon accepting a case, I immediately begin researching Louisiana Case Law which in turn will become my basis and theory to represent my client's best interest.
Another aspect that contributes to my success is my assertiveness and, if needed, aggressive personality. As we enter the new millennium, the court system has become more intimidating toward attorney client representation. Trial attorneys must assert courage and aggressiveness while also maintaining their integrity.
I promise to you after accepting your case that I will aggressively research and represent you to the best of my ability. I promise you will understand my theory and have input in any decisions. I promise that your best interest will ALWAYS be my primary concern.
